REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare layouts
• Proficient at take-offs on Electrical Drawings
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Self-sufficient; able to manage multiple projects
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
• Knowledge of local building codes, electrical code and fire alarm code
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficient in Accubid Pro, Accubid Count and Jonas Job Scheduling
