• Management of all general accounting functions
• Provide insight for process improvement recommendations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Act as a key team member during the quarterly and annual audit process
• Maintain strong employee relationships while training and managing staff performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
• CPA designated or actively pursuing it
• Willingness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
