This position will provide support with short and long-range planning, aiding in strategic decision-making as well as operations. • Manage accounts receivable, and payable processes and reconciliation of related accounts
• Develop process documentation and workflows to enhance business efficiency
• Assist with financial compliance and contribute to internal control assessments
• Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing and reviews
• Aid in the audit process by providing necessary analysis and supporting documentation
• Support the adoption and implementation of new IT systems
• Ad hoc duties as needed

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Commerce
• CPA, CFA, MBA preferred
• Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills including financial statement analysis
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
• Confident in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft 365 an asset
• Excellent writing and communication skills
