Food Service Supervisor – Niagara Falls, ON Full Time Permanent

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate inventory and supplies required for meal preparation. Manage produce and pop orders.
• Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staff according to requests from customers.
• Adjust posted work schedules and procedures as per business need.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food.
• Ensure that food service and quality control.
• Address customers’ complaints and concerns.
• Prepare and submit reports.

Salary: 17.25 per your, 35 to 40 hours per week

Experience:

2 or more years.
