• Processing weekly payroll
• Coordinating with different departments for AP invoices
• compile AP reporting for the final approvals
• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Payment reminders and follow ups.
• Maintaining an accurate ageing report
• Prepare journal entries as needed and communicate with the consumers.

Requirements:

• Need someone with strong bookkeeping/ general accounting experience.
• Background working in some sort of manufacturing setting is ideal.
• 5+ years of Bookkeeping experience.
• Must be able to take on hands-on accounting tasks.

Expected salary: $60000 – 70000 per year
