As the Accountant in this hybrid role in Oakville, your key responsibilities will include:
– Executing accurate and timely month-end reconciliations.
– Managing accounting tasks and data within QuickBooks Desktop.
– Contributing to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
– Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger.
– Supporting the efficient processing of accounts payable and receivable.Qualifications
We are looking for the following for this General Accountant role located in Barrie:
– Minimum 3 years of accounting experience across all aspects of the function
– A bachelor’s degree in either business administration or accounting.
– Strong experience in reconciliations and month-end closing is required.
– Previous experience working with QuickBooks Desktop version is required.
– Experience working with MS Excel is a great asset.Summary
