Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic systems, including motors, drives, and pumps, for mobile equipment.
- Interpret and work from detailed hydraulic diagrams, schematics, and verbal instructions.
- Assemble hydraulic components to meet required quality and performance standards.
- Assist in field service repairs, providing expertise to service reps when needed.
- Support and mentor less experienced personnel, ensuring high standards of work methods and performance.

- Certification from a recognized training facility or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Preference for Journeyman Millwright or Heavy Duty Equipment Technician credentials.
- Proven experience in building, servicing, and troubleshooting mobile hydraulic equipment.
- Must have a complete toolset for all phases of mechanical and hydraulic assembly.
- Safety training is a plus; training will be provided as needed.
