With a strong focus on positive culture and development, this company is seeking a proactive individual with sharp technical skills and exceptional number-crunching abilities. As an Intermediate Accountant, your responsibilities include everything from reconciling account balances and bank statements to maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. You will have a critical role in identifying financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
• Conduct account and bank reconciliations on a regular basis
• Prepare and record journal entries as needed
• Complete accruals in a timely manner
• Contribute to month-end closing activities
• Assist in the preparation of trial balance
• Aid in the preparation of financial statements
• Improving systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Intermediate Accountant.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
• Familiarity with all accounting procedures and principles
• Excellent analytical abilities and ability to present and explain data
