Position:

• Landscape Construction Crew Member
• Landscaping General Labour

Responsibilities:

• Communication:

• Collaborate with the Crew Leader to address and solve any issues on-site
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude that contributes to team success
• Installation:

• Execute installations in line with design plans or modify them to maintain the project’s integrity
• Aim for excellence and precision in every installation—get it right the first time
• Operate a variety of equipment and machinery necessary for landscape construction
• Fleet & Safety:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and document records
• Promote a culture of safety for yourself and your team
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Industry certifications are preferred, but we provide formal and on-the-job training!
• Reliable vehicle and valid G2 or higher driver’s license
• Clean driver’s abstract

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Passion for building, creating, and improving outdoor spaces
• Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty!
