Representing an annual impact of approximately $41 million, the MVAC team ensures that legal and financial due diligence is upheld to protect both claimants and the Government of Alberta (GoA). We manage legal challenges with precision, adhering to strict deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of accountability and integrity.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Paralegal with the MVAC team, you will work closely with senior counsel, Bodily Injury Specialists, program administrators, and outside law firms to manage legal processes, prepare critical documentation, and oversee financial due diligence. You will be the key to ensuring MVAC’s legal pleadings are robust, accurate, and timely, preventing financial losses and safeguarding the program’s reputation.
