We are a learning organization, constantly seeking to improve how we do what we do for our learners, patients, and communities.Position SummaryReporting to the Informatics and Quality Supervisor, the Quality Coordinator is based at the Northeast Community Health Clinic and is responsible for coordinating the implementation of quality assurance and control projects at their site, including, but not limited to implementation and management of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System.The Coordinator will be the primary contact for all parties associated with quality projects and is responsible for coordinating the business aspects of such projects including management of related funds and accounts, training, coaching, and evaluation of users, including clinic staff, physicians, residents and students.The Coordinator will champion primary care renewal initiatives and be responsible for the process of data collection and reporting.Duties
