Job description: DescriptionOur large Vancouver based real estate client is looking for a permanent full-time Residential Property Accountant to join the team.Salary ranging from $80,000 – $90,000 + Benefits + BonusLocation: Downtown Vancouver, in officeResponsibilities
Reporting to the Property Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Full cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Preparing monthly financials, working papers, and cash flow statements
• Preparing quarterly and annual budgets/forecasts

Successful candidate

• Previous accounting experience within the property management sector
• Residential Rental Property Accounting experience will be highly regarded
• Previous experience with a large accounting systems and MS Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Expected salary: $80000 – 90000 per year
