Job description: Job Description:THE ROLE:A leading property management company is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant for a 2-month contract position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to year-end financial processes while working with a dynamic team.Responsibilities:
- Review and record accounting entries for development properties, including loans and interest payments
- Prepare complete monthly consolidated financial statements in MS Excel
- Review monthly accounting reconciliation
- As required, verify redemption and investor statements, ensuring all data is accurate and reconciled for fund accounts
ABOUT YOU:As a Senior Accountant, you command a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically in full-cycle accounting. You possess proficiency in Yardi coupled with advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookup, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
