Job description: Robert Half is partnering with a client that’s looking to add a Senior Accountant to their Finance team. This is a full-time/permanent role working a hybrid model.Advantages:-Competitive salary (80-85K) + bonus-Full benefits + pension-3 weeks vacation-Free parking-HybridResponsibilities:-Prepare internal financial statements by gathering and analyzing information-Prepare general ledger entries and reconciliations-Review and investigate invoices-Investigate and resolve any tax issues with respect to purchase orders and invoices-Establishment of procedures and processes-Participate in upgrades to system-Participate in the year-end audit process-Contributions to special projects as they arise-Maintains Capital Assets sub ledger and tracks-Review account reconciliations, analysis, and prepare reporting-Assist Controller on other financial related dutiesQualifications:-Must be willing to travel once a month-College diploma or University degree in business or accounting-Pursuing the CPA designation is a requirement-3+ years of related accounting experience-In-depth knowledge of Sage300 accounting software is a strong asset-Excellent written & oral communication skills-Possesses strong problem-solving, analytical, and organization skills, with strong attention to detail-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel-Capable of working in a strict deadline environmentRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
