Job description: J/O 31021About our client:An innovative and leading manufacturer in the GTA continues to experience growth and is adding a Senior Accountant to their team!Are you CPA designated or later stages pursuing your CPA, looking for growth and a broader scope of work?Do you have experience working in the Manufacturing industry and well versed in inventory accounting?If you have full cycle Accounting experience coupled with reporting and an analytical mindset, please read on!~Responsibilities:

• Review monthly reconciliations
• Complete month end
• Payroll processing (50 employees)
• Cash flow forecasting
• Produce monthly financial statements
• HST filings and other government remittances
• Review AP and AR
• Work with the operations and manufacturing teams to ensure product moves in/out
• Help with annual budget preparation
• Oversee year end financial tasks

Requirements and Skills:

• CPA or similar qualification with over 3 years of experience, including corporate work
• Strong full cycle accounting skills
• Experience in manufacturing accounting is required
• Prior experience processing payroll is an asset
• Organized and can learn new tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Trustworthy, reliable
• Intermediate excel (pivots, look ups)
• Experience supervising or managing people is a bonus

Expected salary: $90000 per year
