We are seeking a candidate to assist us in providing service excellence, ensuring all aspects of our clients’ needs are met and exceeded. • Oversee Data Management Processes
• Review and Post Accruals
• Balance Sheet & P&L Reviews
• Draft Financial Reports
• Timely Report Generation
• Support for Ad Hoc Projects:
• Prepare GST and other compliance returns.
• Collaborate with peers and management on file planning and completion, ensuring that time requirements are met.
• Provide personal, attentive service to clients, encouraging productive working relationships.

The successful candidate will have:

• payroll designation & experience considered an asset.
• 2 years’ experience in QuickBooks Online is required.
• Tech Stack experience including integration of apps is considered an asset.
• excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade such skills, as required.
• demonstrated ability to perform multi tasks in an environment where priorities can change rapidly.
• good time management skills and the ability to anticipate and manage a changing workflow.
• good oral and written communication skills
• good computer, analytical and mathematical skills
• strong computer skills including windows XP, Excel, and Word
