Our client is searching for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This role will be responsible for engagements including business requirements gathering, software design and development, and software implementation. A successful candidate will have an eye for detail that can help enterprise businesses translate their
needs to software solutions.Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Lead requirements gathering meetings and working sessions along with the preparation of materials
• Create quality solutions and perform quality assurance testing to ensure quality id delivered
• Leverage Agile User Stories and Gherkin’s domain specific language for writing acceptance criteria
• Liaising with project team members and uphold a one-team mindset
• Assess, proactively identifying opportunity for improvement along with recommendations for potential solutions; responsive to client’s needs

Your strengths include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile (Scrum) Software Development
• Experience with creating Agile test plans, acceptance criteria, and executing tests
• Strong communication skills, including documentation, email and presentations
• Experience with Oil Vessel Nominations, Scheduling and Accounting
• Experience with DevOps
• Experience with Process development and design
