Job description: Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Wealth Management Data & AI is responsible for delivering a global data foundation and innovative AI capabilities across all of Wealth Management’s global businesses. We are looking to hire a talented Data & AI Engineer to build cutting edge AI and data solutions. The role will be responsible for building and managing AI platforms and data pipelinesWhat will you do?You will be responsible for working closely with AI data scientists to support data ingestion and feature engineering, establishing industry best practices, maintaining and managing technical documentations.Build data products using structured and unstructured data to deliver AI solutions. Ensure data quality, performance, scalability.Build Gen AI system frameworks, Prompt Engineering, including designing and refining prompts to optimize LLM outputs, implementing Gen AI systems into production.Partner with enterprise architect to create data and AI technology architectures. Provide Gen AI subject matter expertise in technical system design, development, and implementation of AI applications.Contribute to production efforts via data pipelines, reusable frameworks, distributed computing, and documentations.What do you need to succeed?Must have:Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering related technical field5+ years of experience in REST API development, designing and developing robust scalable API, microservices, and data pipelines in productionAdvanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databasesHigh proficiency using Python for data and AI engineering, experience building end to end ML pipelines include data ingestion, data transformation, feature engineering, model inference and deployment in productionExpertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning service integrations. Familiar with Gen AI tech stack (LLMs, Agents, MCP Servers)Nice-to-have:Knowledge of data engineering industry best practices: schema management, data quality, data governance, Cloud management, Databases, Data Warehousing, ETL pipelines, and data streamingExperience in building data products for analytics visualizationsHave experience with at least one of the Object-Oriented development languages such as: C++, C# .NET, JavaExperience using AWS Sagemaker, S3, Snowflake, Airflow, Hadoop, PySparkExperience using Dev Ops and Microservices tools such as Git, Jenkins, Vault, Node.JS, Flask, Django, KafkaFamiliar with JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum development methodologyWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
