Job description: DescriptionJoin our teamThe Digital Product Strategy & Transformation (DPST) team is a central stakeholder in developing, owning, and defending our digital products including telus.com, koodo.com, publicmobile.ca, My TELUS and My TELUS App through the lenses of business need, research & analytics. As such, we quarterback strategic planning and governance for the investments TELUS makes into digital properties across a suite of products (e.g. Mobility, TV, Internet, Security). These projects enable new go-to-market or internal capabilities that are intended to deliver on our strategy, maximize portfolio return, enhance customers experience and drive our likelihood to recommend (L2R).Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish togetherAs the Senior Strategy Manager, you will be at the forefront of TELUS’ digital evolution, responsible for optimizing capital investments and operating budget to help shape our digital product landscape. You’ll work closely with leadership on planning and business strategy, looking at ways to maximize growth and share insights on both financial and digital performance.
