Job description: Senior Wealth AdvisorOur Calgary client is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to join their team. This role involves extensive interaction with Integrated Advisory partners and the broader investment community. Core responsibilities include developing personalized financial strategies, managing investment portfolios, and providing expert guidance and making informed portfolio recommendationsYour success will be defined by your ability to:

• Promote and embed a culture of compliance across the firm.
• Ensure client funds administration aligns with compliance standards, external custodian requirements, and financial balancing.
• Serve as account manager for designated clients.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and performance.
• Conduct regular reviews to assess clients’ financial goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Travel to meet clients and business needs
• Share knowledge of emerging market trends and developments.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the client base through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Participate in marketing and client engagement events to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation.

Your strengths include:

• CFP or PFP Designation.
• CPA Designations considered an asset.
• 8+ years proven sales experience within the wealth management industry.
• CFA Level 1 or CIM Designation.
• Must be able to register as an AAR (Associate Advising Representative) with the AB Securities Commissions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a high level of integrity.
• Strong communicator with effortless presentation abilities and a natural aptitude for relationship building, collaboration, and networking.
