As a member of this team, you will develop tools that enhance the productivity and efficiency of our software engineers.Responsibilities

• You will be part of the team evolving the architecture of the Frostbite engine.
• You will contribute directly to improving features and workflows for future EA games.
• You will create tools enabling the entire Frostbite ecosystem.
• You will collaborate with teams to achieve quality and performance goals.
• You will stay updated with industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements

• You have worked in a Software Engineering role.
• You have seginficant experience in C++ and / or C# development
• You have worked on a game or other application.
• You have experience in software development best practices.
• You have a desire to push the boundaries of technology.
• You are motivated to enhance productivity and efficiency in software development
• 3+ years of experience with tools such as Git, Perforce, VisualStudio and CI/CD platforms are a benefit.

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $96,400 – $133,900 CAN AnnuallyBase salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
