Job description: Job Title: Senior Budget AnalystContract: 3 to 6-Month OpportunityRobert Half is currently partnering with a respected Non-Profit Organization in search of a dedicated Senior Budget Analyst. If you’re a budgeting professional with a passion for strategy and have a solid understanding of non-profit financial management, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing budgets linked to the strategic plan
• Assisting in the preparation of Ministry reports and understanding funding allocation
• Collaborating with various departments and providing clear communications to stakeholders
• Assisting in Board Reporting, working closely with Senior Management

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Financial Analyst role
• Ideally a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but open to a combination of experience and education.
• A strong understanding of NPO budgeting and strategic planning concepts
• Familiarity with SAGE would be an asset but is not mandatory

Work Location:

• The position requires a minimum of four days on-site in the K/W area each week.
