This role will be responsible for providing expert technical solutions and exceptional service to customers. • Provide technical expertise and solutions to meet customer needs and challenges
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, upholding the proven reputation for reliability and excellence
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies to support continuous innovation
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Accurately document and report on customer interactions, feedback and technical solutions

• A technical diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Proficiency with technical software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify innovative solutions
