As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient inventory management and shipment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Warehouse AssociateLocation: Delta, BCSchedule: 6:00am to 2:30pmPay Range: $17.85 per hourWhat’s the Job?

• Accurately select products from inventory and prepare them for shipment.
• Assist with stock organization and inventory control.
• Ensure all products are in good condition and meet company standards before shipping.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.

What’s Needed?

• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Capability to accurately pick, pack, and organize inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork skills to achieve daily objectives.
