Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment for electrical cable products.
Manage inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and cycle counts of electrical cables and related components.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance productivity and safety specific to electrical cable handling.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Coordinate with other departments, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and improve warehouse layout and space utilization for optimal efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of electrical cables.
Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments, deliveries, or inventory.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory and orders.
Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the electrical supply industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices, especially related to electrical components.
