  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage resource allocation and inventory management to meet customer demands.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving performance, technological advancements, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 (seven) years in warehouse leadership and management with strong decision-making skills
  • Experience in import/export (working with containers)
  • Working knowledge of freight, logistics (including 3PL) and WHMIS
  • Knowledge of project management principals; experience managing projects
  • Technology friendly including MS Office, ERP, bar coding, RFID etc.

Expected salary: $95000 – 120000 per year
